The mines in the mining area adopt underground mining methods to avoid the impact of operating dust on the environment. The depths of the mines are 800 meters and 1,000 meters, respectively, and the ore reserves are more than 20 million tons. The ore with 47% magnesium content accounts for more than 80% .

• Introduction of beneficiation workshop

After crushing, the ore enters the beneficiation workshop. The selected concentrate has a moisture content of 13% and a particle size of -200 mesh accounting for 70%.

• Production Process

After the flotation concentrate is preliminarily dried by hot flue gas, it is calcined in a suspension furnace. The calcined light burned powder is cooled to below 100C by a cooler, and then ground, and then enters the ball press to press the ball after grinding to over 200 mesh.
